    The eight pillars

    Wellbeing isn’t one thing.

It’s not just physical health, or mental health, or fitness, food or mindfulness on their own. The festival is built around eight pillars, and so is this hub. Choose one to see who works in it.

Descriptions from the festival’s eight pillars page. Plus the bonus zone: Glorious Food, farm to fork.
