Who is responsible for your information
This website is run by Wallingford Wellbeing, founded by Michelle Hammond, Wallingford, Oxfordshire. Questions about this notice can be sent to Info@WallingfordWellbeing.co.uk.
What this site collects
The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the registration form: your name, email address, business or practice name, the pillar and role you choose, and your message. It is emailed to the Wallingford Wellbeing inbox so we can reply. Nothing you send is stored in a database on this website.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to join, to set up your listing and membership. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement, and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.
Practitioner listings
The directory shows the name, photo, description and web or social link that each practitioner supplied for the Micro-Wellbeing Festival at BunkFest 2026. Any listed practitioner can ask for their listing to be changed or removed at any time by emailing the address above.
Who it is shared with
Form messages are delivered by our website hosting provider’s mail service. They are not sold or passed to anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless you become a member, in which case they form part of your membership record.
Cookies and third-party services
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to serve the files but sets no cookies. Links to practitioners’ own websites, social profiles, the festival site and the magazine take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used, by emailing Info@WallingfordWellbeing.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
